Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard is pleased to announce the Long-term Care Team comprised of Associates and Shareholders from the Health Law Practice Group. The team focuses its practice on the defense of health care providers in the long-term care industry including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Residential Care Facilities, Group Homes, Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled and Home Health Agencies. Our mission is to continue providing exceptional client service through personal attention, education, and maintaining a presence in the community of Long-term Care groups and associations. As part of this mission, the Long-term Care Team will be posting blog entries to update clients and industry professionals on changes and important news regarding legal issues in the long term care industry.

Jamie Bracewell
With more than 10 years as an attorney, Jamie joined the Sandberg Phoenix Health Law Practice group in the St. Louis office in January 2013 to continue serving medical professionals.
Jaime Bremerkamp
Jaime joined Sandberg Phoenix in May 2009 as an associate and is a member of the Health Law Practice Group. Jaime is licensed to practice in the states of Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
Jared Byrne
Jared Byrne joined Sandberg Phoenix as an Associate in early 2013 after working for several years as a prosecutor and attorney in the St. Louis area, and works primarily with the Health Law team.
Jeffrey DunnJeff is an equity shareholder of Sandberg Phoenix and Chairman of the Health Law Practice Group. His primary focus is the defense of health care providers, particularly in the long-term care industry. He has represented health care clients in claims involving Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Residential Care Facilities, Group Homes, Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled, Physicians, Hospitals, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals and Pain Management Clinics.
Kathryn Huelsebusch
Kathryn M. Huelsebusch joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. in 2010 as an Associate in the Health Law Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn gained experience defending medical malpractice, product liability, and general negligence cases at defense firms in St. Louis, Missouri and Edwardsville, Illinois.
Nicole Larch
Nicole C. Larch joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in April of 2007. Nicole is a member of the Health Law Practice Group, focusing her practice on medical malpractice defense for physicians, hospitals and nursing homes. She has also defended cases involving products and premises liability. Nicole has successfully represented physicians and hospitals in all aspects of litigation including investigation, discovery, motion practice and second chairing medical malpractice and wrongful death trials.
