Diversity and Inclusion
When it comes to diversity, our stance is simple: diversity of people; diversity of thought.
Diversity and inclusion are a fundamental part of who we are and what we believe. We engage with diverse groups and create an inclusive client experience. We believe that every voice should be heard and valued. We use the voices of firm members and our community to support local, state and national diversity and inclusion initiatives through economic empowerment, pro bono legal services, legal advocacy and community service. Within our firm, our commitment to building and fostering a more diverse and inclusive work environment is reflected in our recruiting practices.
In addition to providing clients with superior legal services, our attorneys and staff recognize the importance of serving the communities where we live and work.
Whether participating in or hosting fundraisers, spending our free time helping individuals in need or offering leadership and guidance on various non-profit boards of directors, our employees constantly find new ways to give back to our communities.
