Harlon Keel

Harlon joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023, bringing nearly 40 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. He is a member of the firm’s Business practice group, focusing on filing corporate documents and managing Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships. He is registered in all 50 States for filing purposes.

Harlon belongs to the Masonic and Eastern Star fraternities and has served 16 years on the Board of Governors for the Order of the Eastern Star, which manages the Eastern Star Home (a nursing home) in Illinois, where he served as President of the Board and as Secretary of the Board for 13 years. He is also serving his 8th year as the elected Clerk in Pontoon Beach, Illinois where he resides.  

Outside of the office, Harlon spends time playing the guitar and the piano. Harlon, his wife and his youngest daughter have a Southern Gospel singing group and he is currently the lead pianist at his church, Calvary Life, located in Granite City, Illinois. He also enjoys spending time with his three children and four grandchildren.
