Laurie joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2012. She devotes her practice exclusively to the defense of medical professionals and hospitals before State and Federal Courts in Missouri. Laurie has both first and second chair trial experience. All of the trials she has participated in as first or second chair have resulted in a defense verdict. Laurie has also lectured on several aspects of defending medical negligence cases including the interpretation of medical charts and deposing the expert witness.
Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Laurie was a partner with two St. Louis defense firms.
