Jason Kinser

Jason joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of experience representing business owners and operators in the health care, manufacturing, construction, and financial services industries. Jason concentrates his practice in the area of general business and corporate law, with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and labor and employment matters.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Jason received a B.A. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 1994 and then served with the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, and in Central America. Jason obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2002.

Jason is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.

Jason lives with his family in Glendale. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and live music. Jason is an active volunteer with the USO of Missouri.
