Clayton (Clay) joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023 as a member of the Products Liability practice group. He is a trial lawyer and focuses his practice on personal injury in the premises and transportation context and complex construction litigation. Clay has experience in all aspects of the litigation process and has represented individuals and businesses both at pre-suit and trial levels. He has extensive knowledge in these areas and a detailed understanding of the complex legal issues at play. Previously, Clay was a law clerk for the City of Olathe where he was involved in the drafting of city ordinances.
Clay is a life-long fan of the Kansas Jayhawks and the Kansas City Chiefs.
