The office, located at 132 Jefferson Street, is blocks away from the courthouse, and will be staffed by Sandberg Phoenix’s most recent hires, Shareholder Tim Huff and Attorney Anna Lavigne. The move allows the firm to enhance its service platform to better assist clients while also supporting the firm’s current and future talent.
Huff practices primarily in the areas of real estate and real estate transactions, business law, banking, probate, trusts and estates, landlord tenant law, leasing and school law. Tim represents small and medium business, individuals, banks, developers and property owners, along with commercial and residential landlords.
Lavigne will work as an attorney in the firm’s Business Practice Group.
