Sandberg Phoenix now offers clients a full range of Intellectual Property (IP) legal services. The firm’s new IP department will be headed by Shareholder Jonathan Soifer, Shareholders Scott Gray, McPherson Moore, and David Howard, Counsels Harley Blosser, Douglas Churovich, Joseph Muller, William Cunningham, Lionel Lucchesi, Philip Polster and Associate Rafay Asrar, all of the former Polster, Lieder, Woodruff & Lucchesi L.C. firm of Des Peres. The 11 IP attorneys will join longtime Sandberg Phoenix IP Counsel David Helfrey. The IP department is part of Sandberg Phoenix’s Business practice group, now the fastest growing area in the firm.
