Posting on Facebook, Instagram, or Tik Tok can seem like harmless venting, unless you are in the middle of a custody dispute.
Be very careful about what you put in writing on a blog or on social media. Posting on these seemingly casual platforms may not seem like something to be concerned about, but courts do not like it when parents argue, and they like it even less when they are airing their grievances to third parties or the public. Watch what you post on social media, and when in doubt: don’t.
