Missouri Appellate Court Concludes Whistleblower Law Protections Extend To Employees Reporting Coworker Misconduct
On December 14, 2021, the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District issued an opinion that concluded that Missouri’s Whistleblower Protection Act (“WPA”) protects employees who report serious misconduct or unlawful acts of not only their employers, but also other coworkers. Yount v. Keller Motors, Inc., No. ED109503 (Dec. 14, 2021).
