Heather Fuller

Counsel in Clayton, MO

Heather joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2024 as part of the Business Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on creditor’s rights, title resolution, mortgage servicing law, and real estate related matters. With over twenty years of foreclosure, eviction, and title insurance experience, Heather is proficient in handling all aspects and phases of the default servicing process.  She routinely represents lenders, investors, and servicers as they navigate state and federal compliance questions and resolve borrower disputes. Heather has extensive experience resolving complex title issues including disputed easements, boundary lines, lien priority, clouds in the chain of title, and title insurance claim coverage matters. Heather has assisted clients with drafting both commercial and residential loan origination and loan modification documents.

As a longtime animal lover and devoted dog mom, Heather is an active member of the Humane Society of Missouri, Women’s Leadership Counsel Steering Committee and is involved with several other animal rescue organizations.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Corey traveling, watching movies, attending concerts, and being home with their four dogs, Moxie, Mojo, Woofie, and Moose
