Ben Haltenhof is a shareholder with the firm and graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. Ben joined Sandberg Phoenix in September 2011 after serving as a summer associate with the firm in 2010. Working with clients ranging in size from small businesses to global corporations.

Ben has developed considerable experience in general business law, including formation, governance and agreements; intellectual property matters; business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures; contract drafting and review; commercial lending and real estate transactions. He has also completed leases and complex, multi-party agreements in addition to his extensive experience drafting prenuptial agreements.

With a careful attention to detail, Ben puts the needs and interests of his clients first, utilizing his vast knowledge of business law and applying creative problem solving to every issue his clients face. His focus extends beyond addressing current issues, instead anticipating future needs and devising strategies to assist clients in achieving long-term goals.

Outside of his legal practice, Ben enjoys both watching and playing golf and soccer. He is a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and has been a season ticket holder with the St. Louis Blues for several years. He resides in St. Louis County with his wife Torie.
