Aaron joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023 and is a member of the Business Litigation practice group. Aaron’s practice primarily focuses on debtor-creditor law and secured transactions. Aaron also brings experience with transactional matters, including real estate, mergers & acquisition, general corporate, and contract negotiation and drafting, including loans, security agreements, guarantees, and subordination agreements. He has represented clients in a number of title insurance claims, suits on promissory notes, foreclosures, and cases involving breach of contract, lien priorities, commercial real estate and other real property issues.
