A prominent legal advisor to business owners and leaders in Greater St. Louis and beyond, Anthony Soukenik counsels and guides closely held enterprises, individuals, companies and institutions on their formation, growth, strategic transitions and varied legal needs. From guiding clients taking advantage of growth opportunities to providing outside general counsel on employment, benefits and financing, Tony works with clients operating in the nucleus of the regional business economy. 

Tony is a skilled business lawyer who advises clients in automotive/transportation; banking; community associations; construction; family business owned companies; corporate governance; real estate and other industries. Tony also serves as a mediator of civil disputes as well as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Tony provides a full range of transactional, corporate and legal counsel, including structuring favorable exit strategies for business owners, establishing sound governance practices for organizations and upholding the rights of real property owners. Additionally, he advises educational and religious institutions on their governance practices and operations. 

As a shareholder in Sandberg Phoenix, Tony previously led its Business Law practice group and served on its executive committee during the firm’s major expansion as one of St. Louis’ top-ten largest law firms. Tony previously practiced in accounting before entering private practice.
