Ross joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business and Business Litigation practice groups, and the Government Relations team.
Ross spent more than a dozen years in state government litigating on behalf of the Missouri Attorney General and also representing regulators at the Department of Insurance and Department of Labor. His litigation experience extends from defending the constitutionality of regulations that underpin the medical marijuana marketplace on behalf of the Department of Health and Senior Services to successfully representing state employees in section 1983 actions before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ross has also worked with opposing counsel and regulators to ensure compliance in Missouri’s insurance and labor markets. In addition to litigation and regulation, Ross has also mediated disputes between employers and workers on behalf of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and between attorney’s and their clients on behalf of the Missouri Bar’s Fee Dispute Resolution program.
Outside of the office, Ross enjoys the outdoors with his son, playing with his dogs, and dabbling in the kitchen.
