Morgan Roehrig

Morgan Roehrig joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business practice group. She focuses her practice on general business and transactional matters by advising clients from entity formation to day-to-day corporate matters such as purchases, sales, lease negotiations and employment agreements. 

Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Morgan worked at a mid-size St. Louis firm focusing on wealth management, trust administrations, tax and advising closely-held businesses. Her prior experience allowed her to work very closely with the clients and appreciate the importance of efficient and superior client communications.  

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys cooking, golfing and enjoying the Lake of the Ozarks with her friends and family.
