Madison joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2020 after serving the firm as a summer associate in 2019. Madison is a member of the Business practice group and her practice focuses on banking and finance transactions, as well as real estate development. Her banking experience includes commercial and industrial acquisition financing, loan refinancing, construction lending, as well as low-income housing tax credit and historical tax credit construction bridge lending.
In addition to her work with the firm’s lending clients, Madison’s practice includes commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on multi-family housing and development, as well as general corporate transactions. Madison is also an active member of the Women Lawyers’ Association.
Outside of the office, Madison enjoys golfing, traveling for concerts with her friends, and going on runs with her dog, Sally
