Kyle Haubrich focuses his practice on the rapidly evolving areas of healthcare regulations at the federal and state levels, including MACRA/MIPS, Anti-Kickback, Stark, HIPAA, OSHA, and other laws, for both individuals and businesses. Kyle also focuses on helping medical clients with Medicare/Medicaid, private payer health insurances, and other agency audits in the medical field. Kyle advises clients in several states on how to comply with federal healthcare regulations.
He also focuses on contracting and credentialing for medical providers and practices with private and public payer health insurances. He has helped medical providers and practices negotiate better fee schedule rates with health insurance companies.
Kyle has a complete understanding of the business implications and needs of his clients, which enables him to tailor his services precisely to each client’s individual needs and business objectives.
Kyle has developed two programs. The first helps with healthcare regulations, called SPIN.
The second helps with contracting/credentialing and fee schedule negotiations for providers and practices.
Kyle offers clients a strong business background in healthcare practice management and counsel. He is a strategic and proactive thinker who provides legal advice describing possible outcomes and options during contract management. Kyle also has developed strong relationships with state and federal lawmakers, which allows him to help his clients.
