Mark C. Piontek will join Sandberg Phoenix as a counsel on February 1st. Piontek, a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, will bring firm clients a wealth of experience in a full range of law, including business litigation, business transactions, government regulatory compliance, municipal law, zoning, finance and real estate.
Mark has built a deep practice, focused on clients including a county, industrial development authority, municipalities, public water supply districts, water and sewer authorities, wholesale water commissions, manufacturers, and small business owners.
In practice for more than 30 years, Mark has built an extensive track record of successful client representations involving negotiations, litigation and mediation. He also brings particularly valuable insight to his representations involving municipalities, as he serves as the City Attorney for Washington, Marthasville and Augusta, Missouri and is the County Counselor for Franklin County, Missouri.
