Sandberg Phoenix Appoints Four New Shareholders

At the close of the financial year, the shareholders of Sandberg Phoenix unanimously named four attorneys to new roles as shareholders to reward their tireless pursuit of excellence in legal ability and client satisfaction. The new shareholders are:

John Gilbert
Practicing law since 1975, John Gilbert posses a wealth of experiences representing some of the largest companies in the United States. John is a member of the Business and Business Litigation practice groups and focuses his practice on labor and employment, commercial and higher education law, as well as civil rights defense.

Clayton Kuhn
Clayton joined Sandberg Phoenix  in November of 2007 as an associate. Clayton is part of the Business practice group and focuses his practice in banking, real estate transactions, municipal law and general corporate work.

Natalie Kussart
Joining Sandberg Phoenix in September of 2007 after working for the firm as a summer associate and law clerk. Natalie works with the Business Litigation and Products Liability practice groups. She has experience in class actions, commercial and construction litigation, personal injury and tort defense, product and toxic tort liability, professional liability, medical malpractice defense, arbitration and mediation and appellate work. Throughout her career, she has represented trucking and bus companies, hospitals, physicians, banks, mortgage providers, and manufacturers of automobiles, consumer products, heavy machinery, medical devices, recreational products and drugs/pharmaceuticals.

Tim Niedbalski
After working at Sandberg Phoenix as a Summer Associate, Tim Niedbalski joined the firm in 2007 in the Products Liability and Health Law practice groups. Focusing his practice on matters of transportation, product liability, personal injury and medical malpractice defense, Tim has developed extensive experience in representing local, regional and national clients in the heavy machinery and trucking and transportation industries. He has also worked with clients ranging from hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals to manufacturers and distributors of automotive products, medical devices, hunting and sporting goods and recreational products.

In their new roles, John, Clayton, Natalie and Tim will continue to provide expert legal counsel to clients throughout the Midwest and across the country.
