Sandberg Phoenix Announces its New Shareholders

On November 1, three members of Sandberg Phoenix assumed their new roles as shareholders, named to their position for their outstanding legal abilities and commitment to client service. Formerly Associates or Counsels with the firm, the new Shareholders for the 2017 fiscal year are:

  • Dennis Harms - Dennis joined Sandberg Phoenix in April 2012 as a member of the Health Law practice group. His diverse litigation experience includes the defense of health care provider clients in highly complex medical malpractice cases and non-provider clients in various types of general negligence claims.
  • Untress Quinn - Untress joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2016, focusing his practice on labor and employment, commercial and medical malpractice litigation. He has defended multiple catastrophic and complex litigation cases involving civil rights, labor and employment, product liability and medical malpractice cases which included neurologic, obstetric, neonatal, pediatric, cardio-thoracic and other traumatic injuries.
  • Steve Walsh - Steve joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2012 and focuses his legal practice on product liability, pharmaceutical and toxic tort matters. With a wealth of experience defending asbestos, benzene, silica and other toxic tort cases, Steve has represented general contractors, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, miners and distributors across a variety of industries, including aviation, consumer products, trucking, automotive, construction and heavy machinery.
