Kathleen Crisp

Senior Paralegal in Kansas City, MO

Kathleen joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2019 assisting the business litigation, health law and products teams. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Kathleen has over 25 years of litigation paralegal experience and has assisted in a number of trials in wide variety of cases involving voluminous discovery and e-discovery.

Her litigation background has primarily been in business litigation and products liability, including asbestos, natural and propane gas explosions and medical device cases. She is interested in new technology, and enjoys the challenges of discovering, learning and using new technical tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managing cases.

Outside of the office, Kathy has one son, Hunter, who is a computer programmer. She is a member of the Kansas City Running Club, enjoys gardening, and being caretaker to four cats and three dogs, all rescues, including one deaf dog, who reside with her in Blue Springs, Missouri.
