Molly joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 as a member of the Business practice group. Molly's practice focuses on corporate transactions and real estate development, with unique experience with multi-family housing. Molly has a vast understanding of the needs of her clients ranging from small to large scale property owners and is committed to providing the best service to each client.
In addition to working with real estate clients, Molly assists commercial developers in negotiating construction contracts with general contractors, architects, and engineers. Her commitment to detail and her understanding of construction allows her to find solutions that are amenable to all parties to ensure a successful project. As a member of CREW St. Louis, Molly stays up to date on the latest real estate and construction trends in St. Louis and acts a resource for her clients and colleagues.
Outside of the office, Molly invests in the community through her work with the Soulard Specials Business District and Boys Hope Girls Hope St. Louis. When not working you can find Molly golfing, reading, and enjoying everything her neighborhood, Soulard, has to offer with her friends, husband, Dylan, and dog, Bonnie, a German Shorthaired Pointer.
