Ben joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business practice group. He has more 10 years of experience in international law and finance. In addition to legal work, Ben has also worked as a private equity fund manager and chief operation officer of several companies.

Major areas of Ben’s practice include U.S. corporate law, real estate and specialty finance. Ben has previous experience providing assistance to clients with cross-border concerns between the United States and Asia including issues with trade, investment and immigration.

Ben has a varied background, including experience managing operations, supply chains, product development, global distribution networks and due dilligence. Ben working as a private equity fund manager in Shenzhen, has also worked in corporate positions in addition to being a lawyer involved with complex international transactions. developed knowledge in business, investments and corporations.
