Parking for Visitors
The Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. Parking Garage entrance is located on 421 N. Broadway, (1.5 blocks south of the intersection of Washington & Broadway) directly across (west) the street from the Federal Reserve Building. The garage entrance is at street level and is marked with this sign.
When you enter the garage, pull up to the gate, push the button on the intercom to let the attendant know you are a Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. visitor.
The attendant will allow you access to the garage and direct you to the Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. visitor parking area.
Please lock your vehicle and proceed to the exit door at the west side of the building marked by this sign. It is on the side of the garage opposite where you entered in your vehicle.
Proceed through the first glass door into the garage elevator lobby and then through the second glass door out to the Sixth Street sidewalk. You will see our building on Sixth Street, directly across the street. Once in the building lobby, take the first set of elevators to our reception area on the 15th floor. In the event of inclement weather (assuming you do not require handicap accessibility), you may take the elevator located in the garage elevator lobby (between the two sets of glass doors) to the fourth floor and walk across the bridge. Once over the bridge and down the stairs, you will be in the Seventh Street garage. Please proceed to your right to the elevators, take the elevator to the first floor and enter the lobby of 600 Washington Avenue.
Prior to leaving the offices of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., you will be given a parking card, which will allow you access back through the glass doors into the Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. parking area. As you pass through the second glass door to reenter the garage, you will see a mailbox on the column directly in front of you. Please deposit the parking card in this box. Please do not take it with you since you will not need it to exit the garage. Pull your vehicle to the parking gate and it will automatically open. You may only make a right-hand turn as you exit the garage.
