Biography
Todd C. Stanton joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in 1999. He serves as the firm's Marketing Partner.
Todd focuses his practice in products liability, general and business litigation. He has tried jury cases in Missouri and Illinois courts, and he has participated in the successful resolution of cases through mediation. Todd has defended product manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies in catastrophic injury cases involving automobiles, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, various medical and pharmaceutical products, commercial and residential electrical circuitry, industrial manufacturing equipment, and a variety of consumer products. He has also represented insurance companies in resolving insurance coverage issues.
Todd was named a Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the Products Liability area. Todd also received the honor of being named by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as one of the Up and Coming Lawyers in Missouri for 2007.

Todd earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1999.
He was a member of the Order of the Barristers, Missouri Law Review, 1998-1999, Journal of Dispute Resolution, 1997-1998, Board of Advocates, 1997-1999, National Moot Court Team, 1999, and National ABA Trial Team, 1999.
He was also the recipient of the R. David Ray and Jacob Y. Garret Trial Advocacy Award.
Todd Stanton earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1996.
