Biography
Tim joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in 2008 as an associate and practices primarily in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim gained several years experience with smaller litigation firms in Illinois and Missouri and then joined the Office of the Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis prosecuting serious offenses. He has first-chaired well over forty jury trials and countless bench trials.
In recognition of his trial abilities, The Missouri Bar Foundation selected Tim to receive the prestigious Lon O. Hocker Award in 2006.

Civic Activities Tim serves as a member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis Allocations Committee for Youth Development.
Professional Activities Tim is admitted to practice law in the States of Missouri and Illinois. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
In addition, Tim serves on the firm's Associate and Charitable Efforts Committees.
Tim is a past member of the National District Attorney’s Association and was a faculty member for the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
Education Tim received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1996 where he graduated
cum laude.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Regis University in Denver, Colorado where he graduated
cum laude in 1993.
