Biography
Tim Niedbalski joined Sandberg Phoenix in September of 2007 as an associate. Previously, he worked as a summer associate in 2006. In 2010, Tim was named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “30 Under 30,” an award given to young professionals with a high level of professional achievement and community involvement.

Professional Activities Tim is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of both Missouri and Illinois as well as the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. He is a current member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and has served as a member of the firm's Associate and Recruiting Committees.
Civic ActivitiesTim serves on the firm’s Charitable Efforts Committee and is on the Executive Board at HavenHouse, a local charity with a mission to provide the comfort of home and a community of support for families traveling to St. Louis for medical care.
Education Tim received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 where he was the Managing Editor of the Public Law Review. His article
Imminent Change: A Recommended Response For Missouri In The Wake Of The Supreme Court's Eminent Domain Decision In Kelo V. City Of New London, 25 St. Louis U. Pub. L. Rev. 449 (2006) was voted “Best Student Comment” amongst his peers.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Saint Louis University in 2004 where he graduated
magna cum laude.
