Biography
Thomas E. Addis joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in March of 2006. Tom is a member of the Business and Business Litigation Practice Groups.
Tom has three years of experience in public accounting at one of the largest national accounting firms. He was also previously employed with a Fortune 100 Company and served nearly five years in the United States Army.

Civic Activities Tom serves as a Community Investment volunteer for the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
Professional Activities Tom is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. In addition, he is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Missouri.
Tom is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He participated as a volunteer judge at the American Bar Association Law Student Division's 2008-09 National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC).
Tom is also a member of the Sandberg Phoenix Charitable Efforts Committee.
Education Tom received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006. He earned the Academic Excellence Award for Highest Grade in Property in 2002. Tom also had an externship with Judge Kathy Surratt-States in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of Missouri – St. Louis in 1997 and a degree in Finance from Southwest Missouri State University in 1989.
