Biography
Scott Greenberg is a shareholder of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard. He focuses his practice in bankruptcy and reorganization, debtor/creditor relations, mortgage servicing and title insurance as well as general corporate and real estate matters.
He is experienced in representing creditors, creditors' committees, banks, mortgage lenders and debtors in bankruptcy cases, reorganizations and workouts. He also counsels and represents clients regarding real estate, foreclosures, general corporate and title insurance related matters.
Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Scott was a founding member of the Clayton, Missouri law firm of Davis, Davis, Kasnetz and Greenberg.
Scott was named to the 2006 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights.

Professional Activities Scott is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and the Western Districts of Missouri, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Scott is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and Kansas Bar Association.
He is the former Chair for the Pro Bono program at the firm, assisting indigent clients and charitable organizations with free legal service. He also has served as a member of the firm's Compensation Committee.
Awards Scott was named Citi Residential Lending's 2007 "Attorney of the Year."
He also received the Fidelity National Information Services Company Performance Excellence Award for 2008.
