Sandberg Phoenix, for the first time, was chosen as a finalist in the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work survey. The firm, one of only ten finalists chosen in the survey’s Large (100 to 249 local employees) category, and was the only law firm named in the category. Survey participants are rated by an independent third party workplace evaluation firm; only participants who had more than half of their employees respond to the survey were eligible for judging. The survey rates employees opinions on company culture, benefits, management, leadership, perks and a number of other factors. The winning company in each category will be announced by the St. Louis Business Journal in early March.
