Margaret (Maisie) joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023 after working as a summer associate with the firm in 2022. She uses her research, writing and advocacy skills to guide clients through complex legal matters. As a result of her detail-oriented nature, her clients receive thorough and extensive legal analysis and advice that addresses their present and future needs.
Her time in law school exposed her to many different areas of law, equipping her to provide comprehensive strategies for her clients. During law school she worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the Washington University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and served as a Research Assistant for Professor John Inazu. She was also a Notes Editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review, Vol. 14.
Outside of the office, Maisie enjoys playing pickleball, baking, reading, walking with her husband around her neighborhood, Richmond Heights, and cheering on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. She also enjoys volunteering through her church, New City Fellowship in South City.
