Ann Hatch joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2018 as a shareholder. She concentrates her practice in civil litigation defense, focusing on products liability, personal injury defense, premises liability, asbestos and toxic tort defense. She does trial work in the Circuit Courts of Southern, Central and Northern Illinois, including Madison, St. Clair, McLean and Cook County. Ann also handles litigation in the City of St. Louis, and throughout Missouri.
Ann has tried more than 70 jury trials to verdict as first chair in state and federal courts in Illinois and Missouri. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates..
Ann has been retained to defend numerous clients, including manufacturers, premises owners and distributors throughout Illinois and Missouri. She has taken dozens of fact and expert depositions and defended many corporate witnesses.
She strives to limit her clients' exposure and potential liability in a cost-effective manner. She strives to engage in frequent communication with her clients such that her clients have no surprises and are prepared for all potential outcomes.
Ann is a lifelong resident of St. Clair County, Illinois.
