A Fuller Glaser, Jr. (Andy) joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2018. He brings experience in the general business practice, which includes business formation and planning matters, estate planning, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax experience, including handling of tax court matters, probate matters and trust administration.
He has been a lecturer for the Bar Association of St. Louis and National Business Institute on a variety of business seminars involving tax issues, limited liability companies, corporations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and other business topics.
In his free time, Andy is an active participant in competitive sporting events in both tennis and golf. He has been married to his wife Nancee for 45 years and has three daughters and six grandchildren.
