Powering Up!

The firm increased its horsepower this week, adding three outstanding business/transactional attorneys to its ranks. A. Fuller Glaser, former Managing Partner of St. Louis firm Herzog Crebs L.L.P., Ann B. Stephens, a former Herzog Crebs partner and James R. Keller, also a former Herzog Crebs partner, joined the Business practice group of the firm this week. Glaser’s practice focuses on general business, business formation, estate planning for business clients, tax, probate and trust administration. Stephens has built a practice centered on business, corporate, contract, commercial real estate, estate planning, wills, trusts, M&A and probate work. Keller is recognized for his deep experience in construction law, litigation and appeals, and real estate law; he also has extensive mediation and alternative dispute resolution experience.
