Counsel Lynn Russell joins the firm’s Kansas City office. Lynn has more than 30 years of transactional and finance experience, focusing her practice on commercial real estate development.
Associate Zach Merkle, a graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law joins Sandberg Phoenix after completing a two-year clerkship for The Honorable Kurt S. Odenwald of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Zach will be based in the firm’s St. Louis office.
Associate Cody Hagan joins the firm’s Kansas City office. Cody’s previous experience includes an externship with the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Missouri in Kansas City. He worked as an intern with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in Kansas City, Missouri.
