Glaser, Stephens and Keller formally joined Sandberg Phoenix on April 1st, while the remaining nine will officially become part of Sandberg Phoenix on May 1st. Herzog Crebs is well-known for their work in business and corporate law, litigation, toxic torts and asbestos claims defense, insurance defense litigation, litigation and dispute resolution, and tax and estate planning. “As a group, we felt that Sandberg Phoenix fully embraced our longstanding commitment to client service and exceptionally high standards of legal work,” said Ann Hatch, former Herzog Crebs Managing Partner. “We put a great deal of consideration into this decision, and we made it with our clients’ interests first and foremost in our minds.
