I look forward to attending, for the sixth year in a row, the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Annual Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee on March 29 through March 31. This year Sandberg Phoenix will also be represented by fellow partners Steve Murphy, Tim Niedbalski, Sara Obermark, Tim O’Leary, Lyndon Sommer, and Narcisa Symank. CLM always puts on a great program and I am sure this year will be no exception. I am happy for the opportunity to connect and reconnect with others in the insurance industry. I also look forward to attending educational programs on coverage and bad faith to gain additional knowledge and helpful perspectives from fellow insurance coverage and extra-contractual defense attorneys and insurance industry professionals. We are looking forward to CLM in Nashville later this month.
