Michael Lecinski is an associate at Sandberg Phoenix practicing in the firm's litigation group, concentrating on toxic torts, asbestos litigation and products liability. He frequently prepares motions and attends court hearings in the City of St. Louis Circuit Court.
His interest in the law began at an early age as he enjoyed video games that revolved around police procedure and thoroughly read the technical manuals detailing police procedures that accompanied them. As a child, these games required him to critically think to solve a problem, just like the law today can require some critical thinking to arrive at the best resolution.
Previously Michael served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mark H. Neill of the 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri. He assisted Judge Neill with research on various criminal and civil cases, including one of the cases challenging St. Louis' red light camera ordinance.
