Matthew Scoggins joined Sandberg Phoenix as an associate in 2018 and is part of the Products Liability practice group. He concentrates his practice on defending product manufacturers, corporations, fraternities, premise owners and individuals, primarily in product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation. He also represents banks and financial institutions involving commercial and contract disputes.
Prior to attending law school, Matthew was a professor at the University of Louisville in sports administration. He also was an agent for a major sports agency, where he focused on complex data analysis of the cost-benefits of contracts.
