Anastassia Dambrouskaya joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2018 and is a shareholder in the firm's Business practice group. She is a member of the firm's Corporate industry team.
Anastassia speacilizes in mergers, acquisitions, and dental service organzation transactions. She is skiled at representing sellers partnering with DSOs and has succesfully closed nearly 350 deals.
When not working with the mergers and acquisitions team, she assits clients in their DBE and M/WBE certifications.
