Biography
Doug joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2011 as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Doug was a shareholder at a full-service firm in New Hampshire where he focused his practice in business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, buy-sell arrangements, joint ventures, leasing, licenses, general contract drafting and negotiations, commercial lending, and complex real estate transactions.
