The nursing home defense group, headed by Steve Strum, offers a full array of services for long-term care providers. Those services include patient care litigation, risk management, advice on regulatory and employment issues, and issues related to physician-patient privileges. We are Regional Counsel for a national provider, managing their patient care litigation throughout many states in the Midwest. In addition, we represent a number of providers throughout Missouri and Illinois.

Sandberg Phoenix offers extensive experience in and knowledge of the unique issues facing long-term care providers. We have been directly involved in research throughout the country in order to gain the knowledge required to effectively represent long-term care providers before a jury.
