Sandberg Phoenix Welcomes Timothy McCurdy as New Associate

Sandberg Phoenix welcomes Timothy McCurdy to the firm as a new associate in the Health Law practice group. Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Tim gained ten years of litigation experience at various law firms in the St. Louis area.

Tim is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. He is a member of the St. Louis Association for Healthcare Risk Management and a former member of the Young Lawyers’ Section Council of the Missouri Bar.

Tim received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was the Book Review Editor of the Journal of College and University Law. Tim also received the A. Harold Weber Moot Court award presented to the top member of the Notre Dame moot court team.
