Biography
Martin L. Daesch is a shareholder of Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard who focuses his practice in the business and business litigation practice areas.
He has experience in corporate formation and civil litigation, estate and succession planning, real estate and mechanic liens and other creditor’s rights.
Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Marty practiced at a general practice firm in St. Louis from 1992 - 2002.

Civic Activities Marty is a member of the Webster Groves City Council - Charter Review Commission, Director - Foster Care Coalition of Greater St. Louis and MSD Strategic Business Plan Advisory Committee.
Professional Activities Marty is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and United States Tax Court.
He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri Society of CPA's. Marty is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Missouri.
Marty serves on the firm's Associate Development Board, which is dedicated to training and mentoring newer associates. He is also a member of the Sandberg Phoenix Recruiting Committee.
Education Marty earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1992.
He passed his CPA exam in 1989, and earned degrees in both accounting and finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1987
