Biography
Josh joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2011 as an associate, and he is a member of the Products Liability Practice Group. Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Josh practiced for several years with an insurance litigation firm in St. Louis where he was responsible for all aspects of insurance law, but focused on fire and explosion litigation, including fire scene management and inspection, expert analysis, and the related litigation from discovery through trial.
He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters, including products liability, premise liability, general negligence and insurance coverage cases.

Professional Activities
Josh is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, Eastern District of Arkansas and the Southern District of Illinois.
Josh is a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and he also serves on the firm’s Associate Committee and Charity Committee.
Education
Josh received his Juris Doctor in 2006 from Saint Louis University School of Law.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Truman State University in 2003.
