Drawing on a wealth of experience gained at firms throughout Illionis, Jamie brings her considerable knowledge of the healthcare industry to the Sandberg Phoenix Health Law practice group. She has worked with both corporate and individual clients in many areas of health law, including nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, personal injury, third-party claims and indemnification actions.

Jamie began her legal career in Chicago, after obtaining her Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law. During her studies, Jamie was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and received a CALI Award for Criminal Law and Advanced Legal Writing. Prior to law school, Jamie attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, graduating Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a specialization in Organizational Communication.
Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, Jamie belongs to the ISBA Board of Governors, the Illinois Defense Counsel, the Illinois Bar Foundation and the Madison and St. Clair County Bar Associations. She was recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012.
