Directions to Sandberg Phoenix Office and Parking Garage

Our office is located at 600 Washington Avenue, 15th Floor, between Sixth and Seventh Streets. (Our building was previously known as One City Centre.) You will access our building from Sixth Street, as the Washington Avenue entrance is currently unavailable.

We recommend you park in the Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. Parking Garage located at 421 N. Broadway (1.5 blocks south of the intersection of Washington & Broadway). You will exit the garage on the opposite side of the garage entrance and you will see our building on Sixth Street, directly across the street. Our building is currently under construction, so when you exit the parking garage, please watch for signs for our temporary entrance. You will go through a hallway to our elevators. From Missouri:

From Lambert/St. Louis Airport by MetroLink
MetroLink, St. Louis's light rail system, can deliver you from the airport to our doorstep. Take MetroLink eastbound to the Convention Center station. Exit the station by escalator. The Sixth Street entrance to our building is one half block ahead (south) on the right.

From Interstate 70 Eastbound (from Lambert/St. Louis Airport)
Take I-70 east to the Memorial Drive exit. Turn right onto Pine Street, then right onto Fourth Street. Turn left onto Washington, then left onto Sixth Street. Our building is one-half block ahead on the right. (If parking, turn left on Broadway instead of Sixth Street and follow visitor parking instructions.)

From Interstate 55 Northbound
As you approach downtown, take the Memorial Drive exit. Proceed north on Memorial Drive, with the Gateway Arch grounds to your right. Turn left onto Washington, then left onto Sixth Street. Our building is one-half block ahead on the right. (If parking, turn left on Broadway instead of Sixth Street and follow visitor parking instructions.)

From Interstate 44 Eastbound
Exit from I-44 onto I-55 North, then follow the directions above for I-55 Northbound.

From Highway 40/64 Eastbound
As you approach downtown, stay in the right-hand lane. Take the exit marked "Last Missouri Exit." Take a left at the stop sign at the end of the ramp and drive two blocks. Take a left at Fourth Street (a T-intersection). Turn left onto Washington, then left onto Sixth Street. Our building is one-half block ahead on the right. (If parking, turn left on Broadway instead of Sixth Street and follow visitor parking instructions.)

From Illinois:

From Interstate 55/70 or 50/64 Westbound
There are three bridges that cross the Mississippi River from Illinois into downtown St. Louis: the Martin Luther King Bridge, the Poplar Street Bridge, and the Eads Bridge.

To take the M.L. King Bridge to our office, if you are coming from 50/64 stay in the left-hand lane (if you are coming from 55/70 stay in the right-hand lane) as you approach the river and take the lane marked "M.L. King Bridge." When you have crossed the M.L. King Bridge, the road veers right (away from the Arch). When you get to the first light, turn left under the highway overpass and curve left around Broadway. After passing the Edward Jones Dome, turn right on Convention, then turn left onto Sixth Street. Our building is one and one-half blocks ahead on the right. (If parking, turn left on Broadway instead of Sixth Street and follow visitor parking instructions.)

To take the Poplar Street Bridge to our office, stay in the right-hand land as you approach the river. Do not take the lane marked "M.L. King Bridge," but take the lane marked "Highway 64/40 to St. Louis." Once you have crossed the Poplar Street Bridge, take the Memorial Drive exit. Proceed north on Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Washington, then left onto Sixth Street. Our building is one-half block ahead on the right. (If parking, turn left on Broadway instead of Sixth Street and follow visitor parking instructions.)

For Eads Bridge, take the Third Street exit from 55/70/64 (left-hand exit). Turn right at first stop sign, then veer left to Eads Bridge. When you exit Eads Bridge, you will be on Washington Avenue. Proceed straight ahead for a couple of blocks and turn left on Sixth Street. Our building is one-half block ahead on the right.
