Biography
Clayton joined Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard in November of 2007 as an associate. Clayton is part of the Business Practice Group and focuses his practice in banking, real estate transactions, municipal law and general corporate work.

Civic Activities Clayton is a member of the Benevolent Order of the Elks and a booster of the American Legion. Clayton also serves as a member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis Allocations Committee for Youth Development. In addition, he has also been active in his church, serving on various committees.
Professional Activities Clayton is admitted to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois.
Clayton serves as a member of the firm's Associate Committee and Charitable Efforts Committee.
Education Clayton received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 2003 and received the Honor’s Scholar award for the 2002-2003 academic year.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Banking and Finance where he graduated
magna cum laude in 2000 from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
