Sandberg Phoenix announced Bhavik R. Patel as the new practice group leader for the firm’s Business practice group.
Bhavik is a shareholder of Sandberg Phoenix and has been with the firm since 2004. He is the managing member of the firm’s O’Fallon, Illinois office, and he also chairs the firm’s Wealth Planning Group and Special Needs Planning Group. In 2010, Bhavik was named a Rising Star by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers in the area of Estate Planning and Probate. Bhavik is also an adjunct faculty member at Washington University Graduate Tax LL.M. Program where he teaches Practical Aspects of Wealth Planning and Drafting.
